I stay there every time I travel to NOVA. Each time the staff is very attentive and always polite, courteous and kind. The property is well maintained and very clean. Always a pleasure to stay there.

The only negative comment would be that the blinds on the windows let in way too much light. We had the McDonald's light and the hotel front lights shining in our windows all night and it made it difficult to get good sleep. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

People smoking right in front where you come to checkin and leave. It's nasty and everybody don't like to smell it. I am allergic to and it causes breathing problems.

We had to change our reservation to the following night, and the staff was wonderful. The office manager Jordy was especially kind, and amazing at his job even when the computer network was glitchy.
