Love Hilton Garden
One night stay on way home. Easy, fast checkin, comfortable room and bed. Love that there is a restaurant on site serving food until 9pm and a really great hot breakfast choice or continental style for $15. Great service from everyone we dealt with.

Everyone we came into contact with…the employees at the front desk, housekeeping in the hall way, the employees at the restaurant…were so nice and friendly! This hotel is great! Plus it’s pet friendly!

Mario is the general manager of the hotel and check us in right as I enter the hotel and was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions put us on the first floor witch was very convenient because it made walking are dogs super easy and the restaurant was a plus so we didn’t need to leave the hotel very nice Ted m

Since i booked thru a third party the staff treated me as a third class person. When we stayed on the 6 th there was a air conditioning problem which affected the bath room and hall way. I was told by management they would decide friday morning on compensation. Since we left early did not get any info. When we arrived on the 10 th i asked about this and was treated like dirt and told to talk with expedia.

I will never again use your website. I called this Hilton to advise of 60# dog. "No problem". Never said a word about an upcharge for the animal. $140.85 later, I'm a little disappointed at both entities. Next time, I'll use another travel provider. Thanks for nothing.

No air in hallway or bathroom management said they would be making a decision Friday morning nothing done for us since we had a third party reservation. We have stayed at this hotel other times and had a good experience but will never never stay here again

Our stay was nice. Room was clean, well equipped fitness center, very dog friendly. The best part of our stay was the friendliness of the front desk. Being greeted so well upon arrival really sets the tone for your stay. The person checking us in had only been working there a few days and was so helpful and friendly and continued to greet us each time she saw us. Wonderful customer service!!

Best in Winchester
We have stayed at numerous hotels in the Winchester area and so far, the Hilton Garden Inn has been the best. It’s updated, clean, pet friendly, and the staff was so nice and welcoming!

What we liked - The Room, 417 was extremely clean. No dust, hair, soiled linen or sheets. It was PERFECT. The Housekeeper did a ultra-fantastic job and received our thanks and a nice gratuity. What we were disappointed in was the Front Desk Associate when we arrived on Sunday evening. She never greeted or acknowledged me, threw the key cards at me landing on the desk top and never offered us water. She said nothing! We were so glad we did not have to deal with her at checkout on Monday morning. She should find a career outside of the Hospitality industry. The Manager on Duty Sunday was a delight to speak with.

Would not stay again. First night air conditioner didn’t work. Put in 2 request next day for repair yet it wasn’t. We ended up changing rooms. The room we changed to wasn’t clean, beer cans and god knows what else under the beds. The sink was clogged and the toilet ran constantly. Love Hilton Garden Inns, this one is just not so great.

During my stay the toilet would not stop running and had a broken flapper. Alerted the staff who were very friendly and apologetic but informed me there was no maintenance staff to fix it. I had to manually shut off the water in between each use. Also there was no housekeeping, it’s pretty clear they’re poorly staffed. Also, the ac units are loud and will wake you up when they intermittently turn on and off.

The property was attractive and it was really nice to have a restaurant on the grounds. Staff was helpful and friendly. There was an issue with the shower and the closure mechanism on the door. I reported both things and was promised they would be addressed when maintenance was back on duty

Pre paid food
I pre paid for breakfast for 2 and the waitress would not give it to us i asked if she would check i gave her my room number and she said no with out checking. Dont paid extra for that hilton will not honor it. I was at the hilton in white marsh and in winchester and they both did the same thing. They will argue with you and still not honor it. Not worth spending the extra 30 dollars for it.
