Good location, good budget motel

It was your standard budget motel. I've stayed in much worse. Room appeared clean and I never felt gross like I have in other places. My only real complaint would be the walls seemed paper thin. Any little sound from other rooms boomed in my room. It wasn't crazy annoying but if you had inconsiderate neighbors I could see it being bothersome.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The fridge took about 3 hours before I was sure it was actually working. The electric outlets were scary. Missing covers, overloaded outlets, charging station that doesn't work (yes, we did find the on/off switch underneath it) and an outlet that couldn't be used because plugs would fall out of both outlets. Climate control was very loud all the time and many strange noises and difficult to adjust it was either too hot or too cold. The bath room fan sounded like it was missing a few bearings. Shower curtain rod seemed ready to fall at any moment. Under the stairs to the 2nd floor, right next to our door, was plywood door open at the top were trash was kept, I am glad it was mid winter. The only ice machine was down. The continental breakfast was lacking when compared to others.

Very economical and convenient

Had gotten up at 5 AM to travel to Mt. Snow from Connecticut. Was looking for an inexpensive place for a single night and then back to Mt. Snow to ski again in the morning. Loved the fact that I could park my new car right outside my hotel door (a few steps and my luggage was in). Free "continental" breakfast was great as I was able to make waffles for myself in the lobby. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure (although I did stay midweek with few other guests showering at the same time). The room was small and simple, but suited my needs perfectly. Did not really explore the grounds as it was 5 below zero in the morning. Very close to I-91 and about a 42 minute (24 mile) drive to Mt. Snow.

Older hotel but clean, comfortable and roomy.

Location: The marina restaurant is excellent!
Don't let the outdated look fool you. I have stayed here several times and each time find it very clean and beds comfy. The service has consistent staffing who are competent. The buffet breakfast is small but decent and clean.

Leftover food in the microwave, bugs...

This was a thoroughly disgusting experience. Food left in the microwave, leftover food in the refrigerator, dead bugs in the room. We had booked two nights here, but were so grossed out, we forfeited the 2nd night pre-pay and found another hotel.

Old and smelly

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Get rid of the bad odor
Location: Location was fine
No wash cloths. No bath mat. Only two towels. I did not want to touch anything

Close to I-91 no thrill

It was the worst stay I ever had ,I never stayed at such a dirty Hotel. The place is falling apart, I will never use Hotels.com again. I thought they would check these place's out. We where there to visit my son for parents weekend at his College. And when he saw our Hotel he said I would rather stay at my dorm. How sad is that.If I don't get a full refund from Hoteles.com I will never use them again.

Room had been smoked in, had a reservation , no smoking, had to find another room. Refused a refund and rand my credit card
