I’ve never experienced anything like this stay. I rarely complain about a business. The service was horrid, I had pulled my back from moving and there was no elevator to the second floor and didn’t offer to help take bags up. They wanted to inspect my room after I was checking out and kept insisting even though I had a car waiting to go to the airport for an important business meeting, I only stayed at the hotel for a total of 5 hours as I just needed somewhere to sleep, for one night the hold was $250 which is very high I’ve stayed at five star hotels and it was never that high. I almost missed my car to a extremely important business meeting due to the service
