The hotel is very nice and close to everything. However, the pictures of the pool make the pool look so much bigger than it actually is. Also it says there is a casino at this hotel. We did not find any casino on the property.

Room was not what was picture of when we reserve

The room that was showed us on the site and the one we reserved was a totally different room once we got there it was advertised as having a couch a sitting area two separate bathrooms when we got there was nothing like the pictures

Clean warm cozy

Pros: it was clan hosts were nice and helpful, nice breakfast
Cons: warmer pool
The rooms were nice clean and comfortable the only issues was the pool it was very cold other than that a great place to stay, nicer than when it was the Travelodge.

Beautifully updated rooms, amazing view of the riv

This hotel had exceeded my expectations, the recent renovations has done wonders for this place! Not to mention the amazing staff and the great location. 10/10 would choose this hotel again

Nice Hotel in Downtown Windsor

Super clean and new. Right in downtown Windsor, close to pretty much everything. Rooms were very well kept and staff was more than kind. 100% would recommend for everyone

Very nice place Lots of extras

They thought this out Keurig coffee makers in the room Really good breakfast included Nice staff Place has a pool wish they had a hot tub Other than that perfect! Great view

No water to take a shower.

No water when we woke up in the morning. Hotel owner did not seem to care when we complained. Suggested we contract Expedia since he couldn't do anything for us. Expedia offered $100 voucher for next stay which was nice.

in the middle of reconstruction and brand change

listen considering there was construction and they were changing their brand the room was really nice and fairly convenient on the riverfront right there in Windsor Canada.
