Average Hotel.
Had to upgrade me to Suite due to the fact could not supply me with requested equipment such as microwave and refrigerator. I did communicate in person with personnel and was told it would be there. Upon rival no such thing which they upgraded me.

The hotel was nice, but I didn't understand the parking fee. There was plenty of parking out front! Scam?

The hotel is nice overall. I really, really dislike almost killing myself in the shower because it was so slippery. I actually hurt my back trying not to fall.

We had to switch rooms because the ceiling was leaking and our room was also right next to the elevator (very noisy). The staff was great. The pool room was cold and so was the pool. The hot tub was not working properly either and yes, it was also cold. The main reasons I chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub and neither were good unfortunately.

The room appeared to be rundown and ready for some refreshing. Walls had scuffs and marks and in bathroom you could see tape for drywall taping through the paint in the ceiling. Also mold around tub and on ceiling. Unit to cool/ heat made a click noise most of the nite. Eventually turned it off. POSITIVE: checkin staff good, bed comfortable/ pillows also. Room clean . Not worth the price paid though. Had not been here for a while and maybe not for a while again. Lastly hard to tell if grill55 was open and is there a bar in evening. New reno closes off the area and does not feel welcoming to come in.

The hotel overbooked. When I arrived, they did not have a room for me. They tried putting me in a room with no working shower, no bedding, and holes in the wall. Then they came up and apologized for giving me that room because it wasn’t meant to be booked. They moved my son and I to a new floor. The room had no bed at all, just a single pullout couch. And no phone. The phone was the least of my problems but did make it even more frustrating because I had to try to look up the number for front desk myself. Then they came back up and apologized because they didn’t realize we actually wanted beds. My son is 14. It’s inappropriate for me to share a bed with him. They said they would fix it, but didn’t come back up. We dragged everything back downstairs and talked to the front desk who told us they had done everything they could and had offered a room. I asked for a manager, they said no one was available but I could phone on Monday. I asked for a refund since I at that point had to drive home, they refused. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was exhausted. Thankfully Expedia helped out but the hotel itself was horrible!!!! I’ll never book again at a holiday inn.

Booked for the pool and hot tub, yet pool area was freezing and the hot tub not working ( my daughter looked up reviews and showed me one from a month earlier that said hot tun was not working) so obvious they know its not working and I would of not stayed if i knew earlier. room was ok except there was 4 of us and we had 2 sets of towels ,thank goodness we got some extra when we went to pool area. also the fridge cupboard door was broken couldn't get it to close, a piece of paper was in place to hold it closed.So this is something they also were aware to fix if the paper was there to hold it in place.WE had a room closer to elevators , heard them often enough.I think the worst part was s huge splatter behind the door as you came into the room couldn't miss it, but the house keeper must be blind. So it has me to wonder how clean are the rooms really?? the sheets were so worn you can feel peels (smalll balls)on the sheet from being washed and used so much.Beds didn't feel like queen beds more like double beds.Very disappointed with our stay as we just wanted to relax in the hot tub and play in the pool. i personally wouldn't recommend for the price we paid thought it was too much for a thur night.Only thing my kids liked was the Tv because it was big and loud, not many channels but we brought our own firestick to watch programs we like.

Comfy bed, nice room. Disappointed that I needed to pay for outdoor parking. Breakfast not included. I think that I could find better property in the area on my trip south next year.

Receptionist seemed like she was having a tough day. Towels and blankets poor quality considering the rate per night. Not terrible but nothing special. Would likely not recommend whatsoever. Overpriced for the quality. Location is good.

The cleaning was aweful. When they cleaned the room which it was upon request they left the floors dirty and didn’t covered the basics. The lack of employees made them give an aweful service. Although we pucked that hotel for the pool which was awesome.
