I am here for a nursing course. I am from out of town so it would be nice for a cheaper stay , as we are here for 4 days. I am only staying here one night as it is to expensive for 4 nights and it is beautiful. Rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Pros: Staff are helpful
asked for queen bed room.. got handicap room.. don't know why..no night table.. small cramped bed.. for $200+ a night .. not acceptable arrangement. If it was first time staying here wouldn't be back.. probably won't be again..

Cons: -More informative and friendly at check-in
Location: -close to sporting and concert events
They were helpful in ordering a cab The parking area was close by and safe.

Nicely renovated.

Love that there isn't carpet in the room! Makes for a clean environment. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was straightforward. The room was ready and available even though I arrived 3 hours before check in. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking and the location is close access to the university. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we are in Windsor.

Nice renovations, convenient location

Pros: The renovated guest rooms; restaurant and catering. This is a good business hotel.
Cons: Provide a really decent gym, even it it's small. A nice weight rack and mats, a couple of very good pieces of cardio equipment.
Location: Right off the Ambassador Bridge; good meeting space.
Recent very tasteful room renovations make this hotel a very good choice. Its good onsite restaurant is a major factor for me, as the Hampton Inn across the street only serves breakfast. The hotel's lower level was recently flooded when I was there, which meant no gym and much of the meeting space was out of commission -- but those badly needed renovation, so I believe when they're reopened the hotel will be quite nice. Staff is very helpful, from front desk to housekeeping to catering and banquet staff.

Horrible and rude

I would never recommend not only this hotel but Expedia they lied to me and said they noted that the pool was closed even though we booked with an agent over the phone personally and they said oh ya beautiful pool workout room the whole works so thanks for nothing Expedia

Although I am not at the Expedia desk, I have taken note of your comment to ensure our website and our booking partners have this information. Jordan, we do have a beautiful pool, unfortunately, this are of the Hotel was compromised during the last Windsor Storm which affected not only our property but another 6,000 homes and businesses. We are working diligently on getting this and other areas back into operation, but the damage to the area has been significant and it will take some weeks to put back together.

Fantastic Hotel - A great place to stay

This Hotel is wonderful. Newly updated. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned. The Beds and Pillow were amazingly comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The Restaurant food is tasty. The location is convenient. This hotel is GREAT !!! Highly recommended.
