Nice hotel, good location

Pros: Location was good for us. Clean rooms, hallways and lobby.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a small sofa in the room.
Location: The location was close to the city centre and the university.
It was a good experience. The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Pleasant staff.

Terrible, dirty,

Pros: It is close to the location I need to go to.
Cons: See above. If I don't have to go back there again I will not.
Location: The traffic noises are bad, the shops are across the 401 with the trucks lined up for the bridge.
The coffee station was not reset up after last occupant, with there coffee pod still in the maker. Little to no toilet paper. Long hairs in handfuls on the floor. The air did not work and the remote on the TV did not work. There was unknown items on the wall beside the bed.

Very good onsite dining, common areas need update

Pros: The restaurant food quality, variety and service are very good.
Cons: Updating carpet throughout the hotel, but especially in the common areas.
I've stayed at this hotel many times and generally like it. However, it has a lot of deferred maintenance, particularly the carpets, and they are worst in the hallways. Some floors have actual tire marks on the carpet, and the lower level carpet (the level of the ballroom) is vile. The rooms are comfortable, good beds, and the onsite restaurant is very good for all meals. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is woefully inadequate, in a tiny space with no natural light.

Disappointed this time

We have stayed in this hotel several times in the past. This time the carpet was dirty, the linens are super thin (could see through the sheets) and the towels are just ok.

we were on a bike going across Ontario so the stay was short but it was an enjoyable stay!!!

WHEN WE ARRIVED RECEPTION WAS NOT SO FRIENDLY, WE DIDN'T LIKE IT WHILE SHE WAS TALKING TO US. THERE WAS NOT MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM.

Very nice hotel, extremely comfortable beds, clean room. It was my second stay for a reason. staff are very courteous and polite.
