Our room was newly renovated so everything was clean and shiny and very modern looking! We asked for extra towels and the lady at the front desk got them immediately! She was very sweet and lovely and friendly and she also gave us advice about what things to do and directions and where to go! We loved the service! 5 star rating from this family! 😘

It was nice and quiet, with some food options nearby for quick pickup options. Staff was nice and friendly, and always available. Over all great place to stay, will reuse this hotel again on my future visits to Windsor.

Good value, is under renovation, was in the old shabby part of the hotel, room was clean and adequate, but bathroom had a rusty metal part in the wall from a missing soap holder in the shower, ok breakfast, walls seemed a bit thin and could hear some doors and voices but nothing too disturbing, staff were friendly and efficient, but once the rest is finished being renovated will be much better I think, as long as the prices remain the same (?)

We were in a refurbished room that was outstanding, with amazing beds. It is under construction, but it did not take away from the experience. It was very convenient and one family member was happy to be beside a Tim Horton's. My only concern was how dark the parking lot around the building was. I will gladly be back anytime I come to town to visit family.

Was down beat and receptionist said nothing, refused to stay there & asked for an alternate room, so as to not be charged here (i.e. late cancellation) & still go elsewhere. Got an upgraded space for ( $20) which I was very thankful was available. It was decent for a nights rest, unlike the other section… Pls don’t give rooms with dirty rugs… to customers with no heads up… Thank you

2 Star at the most. Hallways were dirty with little bits of debris and wasn't cleaned during our 2 night stay. Dated decor. Staff were freindly & helpful though.

Amazing staff who were willing to help when needed. I simply can't say enough good things about who was working there. The price was also great, which is likely went I had the next issues.... It's under renovation and with that comes rooms that are not as clean as I would have liked. Also, our room was located right next to Tim Hortons 24 hour drive thru and every muscle truck went through at all hours of the day. They need to build a fence between the hotel and the drive thru to help to negate the noise.

Needs a complete overhaul. The dresser in the room blocked the closet, the bathroom door was notched in order for it to close past the countertop. The fan for the heater was so loud we shut it off even though we were cold. The pillows were lumpy and the bed was like a rock. Missing handles on the furniture. That being said our room itself was clean and smelled nice. The front staff were lovely and the continental breakfast was enjoyable.

Since my son has been in Windsor for University, we having been using this hotel. Sad that our "usual" stuff member was not around and that "a new computer system" was causing huge amounts of stress for people staying at this location. Love their breakfast, clean bathroom, comfy bed and the updating that seems to be happening around the hotel. Sad that the "Expedia room" was an end room right beside the busy intersection, with ample street noise... (Which was also the case with another Expedia booking in last week. 😞) Feel torn. I have loved this hotel, but am unsure if it will be my choice in the future.

Adequate facilities in need of major facelift! Thankfully it was discounted at time of booking. Ceiling tiles in hallways exposed, and dark old fixtures/decorations. Driveway in need of repair. Would better suit being classified as a motel. Room was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. I think I’ve discovered Windsor to be the motorcycle capital of Ontario? Having been a motorcyclist for most of my life (no longer though), it was a comforting sound this early in spring but not as the night progressed…at least so close by!

At check in was told fee to check in one hour earlier is $40. However another couple checked in 25-30 minutes later and were told nobody would charge them for just 30 minutes early. That’s the first impression of your customer seeing, being told that my room is available and ready, but will cost me extra $40 for just an hour early. The room is dated, blue walls have white patches to cover up whole here and there. Shower , bath and toilet in need of tlc. Hotel however is being currently renovated, so the rooms might be nicer in few months. Free breakfast had waffles, cereal, toast , yogurt and coffee/ tea. Good enough I guess. Parking lot is hole on hole on hole, they are not even trying to patch it, so drive carefully, especially at night, might lose a tire or both

The facility is nicely renovated, just wish the suite had a table of some sort with two chairs to sit at. I don’t like that traffic flows through the parking lot heading to Tim Hortons, it created a noisy dangerous environment. I would give perfect stars if it weren't for that.

The hotel as a whole is a 1star. I had black long hair throughout the washroom and beds. And the washroom door was broken so it couldn’t even shut. Along with the wet and mouldy smell throughout the entire hotel. Not a pleasant stay at all. And I DEFINITELY won’t be staying or recommending this place to anyone.

Although they’re renovating, which is looking very updated and nice, it was a nice stay. Clean, and the staff were great. I ended up with a fridge in my room that wasn’t working and they brought me a new fridge immediately.

The rooms are gross and smells bad. Extremely dated and paint peeling everywhere and stains on the seat cushions etc. The noise in the hotel was shocking. Grease a door hinge for Pete’s sake. I will never go back nor will I recommend this to anyone, I wouldn’t let my dog stay there.

This property is VERY dated. Room layout made using the closet almost impossible. Mildew staining in shower grout. Shower head low (I am only 5'8) Toilet was not installed square in the bathroom - seemed like it may impede movement in the bathroom if it had been put in straight. Little Sketchy - I think there was a homeless person in one of the entrance/exits. Breakfast was average. Crossbeam support on the chair I sat on at breakfast broke while sliding the chair (rooms/decor etc - very old - looks like there has not been any work done since 1983).
