Only downsides is the floorboards are extremely creaky-- absolutely part of the nature of the house! But just a warning as if you need to get up through the night likely hood is everyone will wake up
Not a problem at all but it's just good to know in advance.
My family had a great stay and I'd fully recommend ”

“There is a large car park but it can get busy at peak times. Register your car at the bar.
Our fourth visit in the last year. We like it. Staff, food, atmosphere and location. There are a few maintenance issues that could be addressed, e.g. dripping taps, shower door off runners and touch up of decor in places.
We expect to return.”
