I have stayed here 4 times and everytime the clerks are extremely rude and unfriendly. The hotel is clan for a nights stay. I would never stay for a vacation, but traveling through it works great.

Clean rooms. I was a housekeeper in college, so I know when to bring a Lysol into a hotel room. This room was super clean. Nice super 8 breakfast area clean. We checked in at midnight & a clerk was at the desk & friendly. It was $20 for my 5lb chihuahua to stay thoZ

This was a quick overnight for us. It is ok for what you pay. The woman at checkin was not at all friendly. She was proudly wearing her satanic temple emblem around her neck too. She was very curt. The beds are hard. The coffee is bad. But it is a cheaper hotel, so the price matches the quality. You can still be friendly though if you work in customer service.

Shame on Hotels.com and Super 8
I was traveling with my adult daughter to visit her Godmother. When we arrived, it was cold so we turned on the heater. It smelled like burning dust (like when you don't run your heater all year). We turned it off, but the smell lingered for hours! Second, the light next to one of the beds (mine) had a broken knob, so I was unable to read lying in bed. Thirdly, the fridge made a clicking sound all night, but not enough to keep us awake. Fourth, and the worst - house cleaning started vacuuming the hallway AND the room next to ours at 5:45 am!!!!! I went out in the hall and asked her why she was vacuuming at that hour and she said because she has a lot to clean. I told her people are sleeping and she said, ok, that she would stop. Now the room is extremely cold and I can't get warm again so I didn't sleep at all after that. I had an 8 hour drive home that day so I was pretty angry. We complained to the lady at the front desk who told us to write down the list of grievances, which we did. We also asked to have the rate reduced because of the unpleasant experience. She said she would pass that on to the mgr who wasn't there, or so she said. We were not discounted - never heard back. My friend recommended this place as a stop-over and I told her how awful it was and now she won't recommend this place to any of her other friends commuting to visit her. I will also never use Hotels.com again for publishing a high rating for that particular room/establishment.

Pretty decent
Love the bed, slept very well. Was pretty clean, found one spot on AC/Heat unit that wasn’t impressed with. We stay here 4 times a year on average. Will go back. If I recall, downstairs rooms are laminate flooring and upstairs is carpet, Nice rooms are downstairs but then you get the rude people upstairs banging around.. or get less of a room upstairs and sleep like a baby(not hotels fault nor did I reflect that in review)

We were passing through because we drove from another state to pick up a new puppy. We stayed here because they allow pets. The evening clerk was not friendly at all. The morning clerk was super nice so that countered the check in experience. I had booked a room with 2 queens but got put in a room with 2 doubles. We were too tired and it was too late to complain. The beds were decent and clean. The pillows were awful; lumpy and big. The bathroom floor was in dire need of a deep cleaning. On a plus note, the breakfast was pretty decent and better than we’d expected.

Clean but clearly needs some updating and repairs (bathroom sink was just on some unfinished wood planks). Quiet. Seemed to be safe but a homeless person was hanging out at a side entrance (our entrance) behind the trash bin. Not well lit. Check in at night was with a surely, somewhat rude front desk person; abrupt and not at all welcoming. If we were not so tired from traveling all day we would have walked out.

Was pleasantly suprised, dedicated one of the nicer Super 8's. Room really nice. Stayed with my dog, and the room had hardwood floors which i right was nice!! There's also nice grass on either side of the building for her.

So much nicer than the other hotels I've stayed at in town... For about $40 more, it's a whole different, and better, place to stay. Will stay again. Excellent cafe in the parking lot in front of the hotel.
