Decent hotel

It was a decent hotel however I ordered room service and there was none due to st Patrick's day. I had to convince them to do a pick up order at an inflated price. When I went to bed there were blood stains on the sheets at the head of the bed. Disgusting I forgot to take a photo

Nice hotel!

Our stay was enjoyable! We stayed here because Celebrations is in the Hotel as well and we had tickets for Celebrations Dinner Theatre. The hotel was close to everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

not bad - close to Victoria Hospital

Pros: location, ease of access
Cons: restaurant staff, rugs should be changed - getting to where it is showing its age
Location: Victoria Hospital (my main purpose). On a main artery for other sites
Restaurant was a disappointment compared to past experiences there - poorly staffed Room was clean and fairly quiet.

Pros: friendly staff
-ordered meals to our room, about half of the order was wrong, manager came to the room and gave gift cards for the hotel restaurant -neighbour across the hall, very loud music all night, police were called and escorted out -far bedroom in the suite had a vibration on the roof that came on at 2am and didn't stop until 7am, loud enough to keep us awake.

Walls too thin- too noisy

Although initially I thought this would be a great place.. it was very noisy at night. I did end up calling the front desk and someone did come .. but throughout the night, you could hear people in halls & doors opening & shutting. Too noisy for me.. prefer other hotel chains!

very nice hotel staff, room was clean, our sofa bed was broken they offered to move us to another room, great prices

Cand do better for the price

The hotel is in a great location and the room was excellent. However for the price, I expect to be able to not have to park across the street. In addition the pool area was not well kept. With dirty towels all over, mud on the floors and hair. A regular mopping and tidy would suffice. Lastly, the hotel was VERY noisy. We have a 2 year old and came for some family fun, which was superceded by other patrons running through the halls, yelling, slamming doors etc. until well after 1AM after. Staff needs to do better st enforcing quiet time so that all patrons can enjoy their night/stay.

Pros: Swim area.
We found the sheet on the bed was not tucked in so it kept coming off so we tucked it in. We put some cokes in the fridge and by afternoon they were frozen. The knob to turn it was missing. I told front desk and they sent the guy who fixes things who brought a knob and set it right so that was now O/K. Everything else was good.
