It's a theme room, so my father was a little surprised. I booked the room for him because he lives outside the city. The wall mural I was not impressed with. Looked like something a child would like. Everything else was kind of neat. Comfortable bed according to my dad

No daylight in the beige room which overlooked flat roofs of conference rooms. Lots of hallway noise. Front desk staff were curt, planned to move me to a different room during my planned stay of several nights, and did not show me a receipt or share the total to be credited when I checked out early - I latee received an emailed receipt which fies not fully credit the unused nights. Will not be back.

Property is in need of an upgrade to rooms. It is clean and our king room with bunk beds was very spacious and nice to let kids have their own space. The location was very convenient for us and plenty of free parking. The pool was great for older kids.

I asked for a ground floor room queen size and there was only a king available so I was upgraded to king at no additionable cost. I really appreciated that as I had a large suitcase and cannot use an elevator due to being claustrophobic.

not bad overall, the restaurant was good and the theme room was neat, there was a fight in the hall outside our door at around 3 am and in the morning there was what appeared to be blood on the carpet, but other then that it was a pleasant stay.

The room and building was very clean. The staff was very helpful, and courteous, customer service was quality, and appreciated. The elevator wasn’t the greatest to locate. Signage would be beneficial for this problem. The stairwell smelled bad of strong cleaner.

Jazzuzi was nice but the knobs to adjust the jet speed are broken. The rooms had heavy bleach/chemical smell and it gave headache. Hotel is nice and Staff very friendly, but room was subpar, wouldn't book theme room again.
