friendly staff, noicy halways

Pros: the price was resonable and it is confiniantly located.
Cons: sound travels in the hallways and needs some sort of sound panels.
Location: close to a major shopping centre.
people in the hallway dont need to be loud to sound like they are in your room. very hard to fall asleep that way for me.

Polo park area

Pros: Location
Cons: The entrance to the hotel it is congested, like a single little road, the hotel needs a make over. The pool is cold.
Location: Polo park, red lobster, Olive Garden, silver city, many many stores all around the area,close to down town and the forks.
The hotel location is great, the hotel is showing signs of aging. The elevators stink, dirty and small. The bath room was closet size, but ok. I did eat at the buffet and usually it is good, this time it was not and a 56 dollar fee. It is a good location to polo park mall, red lobster, olive green garden, and many other stores, not far from city center. The hotel just really needs some attention now.

A Nice little getaway. Altos was good - nice buffet. Bed was very comfortable.

At least the beds were comfortable

The room was so hot when we arrived my husband was sweating. The air conditioner had no remote to operate it . Had to contact maintainance. The Room looked like it hadn't been dusted in a month. Finally the coffee pot was dirty and the cofffee grounds weren't removed. Not veryhappy

Great view of pool area

Front desk changed our room from 5th to 2nd floor after she realized we had kids wanting to swim so we would have an easier access to the pool. Although we couldn't get a cot they gave us lots of extra blankets and pillows.

Temperature control of the room is difficult.the first night it was too warm , we had to turn on the noisey air. Conditioner a couple times to try and find a happy medium the second night the wind could be felt coming from around the air condition so much in fact that I had to put my winter coat over the AC to block the breeze coming throughh

Fabulous Feimt desk staff and excellent location!

Front desk staff was spectacular. Upon check in I discovered the room beside me had a young screaming child. I requested a different room and was treated to an unexpected upgrade. Not necessary but very much appreciated!! The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. Very impressed. Thank you!!!

Pros: The price was reasonable and the location is good.
Cons: It needs a face lift
Location: Polo Park Mall
My room overlooked the indoor water slide. The fridge made noise so I unplugged it. The carpets were very warn. I was by the elevator and it was very noisy. The restaurant closed at nine so I could not get supper as I arrived late. The conference facilities were reasonable but the whole place looks tired and in need of renovation.

Too many people in pool at once, which is fine but so many kids unsupervised and not following rules which made my kids scared to swim incase they hurt someone.
