The staff was friendly and helpful didn't like the hours of the pool And didn’t like the paper thin walls But the staff took very good care of the problem right away

We got an upgrade for our room which was nice but it was not cleaned properly, bedding left in room, bathroom was not cleaned. The beds are not comfortable at all in 136.

I had a King room with 2 teenagers and I tried to get a cot but I was told they couldn’t give me one due to fire code. My room was not cleaned on 2nd day expecting to come to a clean room after a full day of shopping. I had to ask for bath towels. I had to use my hair clip to keep the blinds shut as blinds are old and clips missing so don’t hang properly.

Overall the hotel was good, staff was very friendly, food at the restaurant was good, pool was fun and the waterslide kept us busy for a few hours. We did have some loud ppl on our floor that decided to be noisy until about 3:00 in the morning and that kept us up. But besides that it was an overall good experience.

Building definitely showing its age. We noticed it has quite a "musty" smell throughout the halls of the hotel part. Our beds were pretty awful, the mattresses particularly. The pool area is nice, the waters nice and warm.

Manager on duty was terrible. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time of 4pm had to wait like 45 mins and she only offered us 1 $10 voucher to the restaurant. Stayed for 3 nights paid over $800. I don’t think she would have liked that offer if it was her and her family. She wasn’t very manager friendly either. Room of course wasn’t cleaned properly because they were in a rush. Weird people hanging out in lobby asking for money. Not a good experience our first time there and last time.

Perfectly satisfactory place to stay. Has nice amenities like pool, fitness room, bars although amenities not used this trip. On-site restaurant convenient, serves hearty food with good portions, but seems a bit pricey.
