Front desk agent was very friendly and provided a map for directions when I wasn’t too sure.

Great inexpensive option! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hallways and rooms were very clean and well-presented. My room was near the stairwell and the opening/closing of the doors was audible at night and I could the hear TV in my neighbours room at night. This didn't bother me much and is beyond the staff's control so if you're looking for a quieter option, maybe ask for a room father from the stairwell!

My stay was perfect. I’m not sure if there is an elevator somewhere - we were on the second floor and used the stairs as we couldn’t find one. Otherwise everything was exactly as expected

Good value for the miney

The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were efficient and happy. Booking, reception and room were all very good. We will stay here again, no question.

Liked the layout of the room. There are a few small things that bothered us. #1 TV was quite small and low placement made tough to see from the bed. #2 due to the location of our room being right by the outside patio where everyone smoked, the room smelled like smoke. Besides that we loved the fridge size and temperature, the food out was fairly comfy to sleep on and the hotel was nicely laid out and fairly quiet.

Old and run down

Front desk staff was excellent. He was alone and facing a party of nine wanting to book the last available rooms and his system kept crashing. Two more of us were waiting to check in and others needed assistance. He stayed calm, good-humoured and got us all looked after. The hotel itself is in rough shape, however. If you’re on the second floor, as we were, you have a long walk through the hotel to get to the stairs. Once upstairs, you want to hope you have another long walk to your room, though, otherwise you’ll end up near the heavy slamming door everyone has to use to get to the second floor. The rooms aren’t worth what we paid by any means. I’ve seen crappy roadside motels with better rooms for just over half the price. The place will do in a pinch, but that’s the only circumstance under which I can recommend it.

I am sorry you were not made aware that we do offer 3 entrances located at each end and the middle of the building for easy access to your room. Due to the computer issues I am sure the clerk did not think to mention at the time.
