Close to the places we wanted to see.

Pros: Easy to find. Close to what we wanted to see. Great places to eat nearby.
Cons: Bit more dusting - especially behind the tv. Also it would have been nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper as we had to phone for one.
Location: The Forks has great shopping and a fantastic food court. Also the Children's Museum is a great place to go.
Something happened with our reservations and the staff changed our room without too much hassle. Yahoo!!! The breakfast was wonderful. The girl on the weekend was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of clients that were using the facilities but the front counter staff came over to help. Gave us directions for the restaurants around the hotel and directions to other facilities we wanted to visit. Very helpful front counter staff.

Wonderful Location and Staff!

We stayed here for my brothers wedding and had a suite. It was great for the 5 of us and the staff was so helpful! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Long Weekend in The Peg

Pros: I liked the location and the amenities.
Cons: Hire more housekeeping staff to keep up with proper check in times.
Location: As I'd mentioned, I visited The Forks, the Museum of Human Rights, the Waterfront, the tombstone of Louis Riel. Great location.
The location of this hotel is perfect if you want to be close enough to The Forks to walk. There is a lot to see and do in that area. I didn't spend my time in room, except to sleep, but I'd had all I needed to do this comfortably. The amenities were fine and the common areas are clean. I'd had to check in quite late, even though I'd arrived at 3pm, but the staff were kind enough to allow me to use a bathroom to freshen up so I could head out to start my tourist experience. It was a very busy weekend at this hotel - they were full to capacity with kids competing in a dance competition. It was still quiet enough at night to get a good rest.

Great staff

We really enjoyed our brief stay at the Humphry. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was sufficient and the staff were great! The hotel is just a 2 minute walk from the train station, and is conveniently located for access to; the forks, baseball stadium, museums and downtown. All were within walking distance. On our checkout day, we were due to catch the train to Toronto, but our train was extremely late. The staff kindly allowed us a later check out, stored our luggage and allowed us to continue using the hotels facilities until 3am the following morning. Top service!

Loved the location! And amenities.

We were part of a group of 4 couples. We loved having the breakfast room seating available at all times. We gathered there after our outings rather than having to sit in our separate rooms. We enjoyed the daily breakfasts. Having coffee, tea and hot chocolate available in the breakfast area at all times was great! Thank you.

Decent Hotel

Location: Human Rights Museum within walking distance. Science Museum and Planetarium about 15 minute walk as well.

Overall nice hotel

Hot breakfast was stale. Shower knob to turn on shower was sticky in my room! Other than these 2 items was a good value for money!!!!
