Decent, centrally located without being downtown

There was an old Keurig cup left in the machine when we checked in and on the second night, we had a question for the desk clerk who insisted we had been moved to another room. We had not. Apart from this confusion and small oversight by housekeeping, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.
