Convenient location

Once you figure out the correct exit its easy to go in any direction from the hotel. Close to great shopping and eating. There was construction which meant we had to walk thru the lobby to get to the pool but that is temporary

Pros: It was centralized and had a very good restaurant
Cons: At check out to make sure that the same quoted price was charge. It is only fair
Location: There is a shopping mall, quite a few restaurant, also there is a big theatre where they play all the new movies
The room where clean, but I was not happy that I was charge more then what I was quoted by expedia. When I arrived home I checked my Visa statement and 333 was the total taken compare to 247.80 quoted.

Close to shopping and restaurants

It was the right location for us close to the Polo Park Shopping Centre and our favorite restaurants.

Nice hotel but being renovated.

Pros: Location is perfect not far from anything. Great food and friendly staff.
Cons: Construction is underway so a bit noisy in the pool area but understandable the work has to get done.
Location: So many choices for food and drink in the area. No need to even take a cab, restaurants, lounges and movie theatre all close by. Good shopping too.
Good hotel in a great location for a reasonable price. Great staff.

The room was nice, the staff were friendly and courteous, and the restaurant was great! The disappointment is that the hotel is located right on a highway and the traffic noise was terrible from our room. Scaffolding was erected outside our balcony which didn't make it for a pleasant view.

great location

The room had everything we needed but the Wi-Fi was not very reliable and needs to be upgraded. We will return to this hotel on our next stay.

The hotel front desk personnel were very friendly. The room I was in was on the same side as the pool, so VERY noisy. I dropped something that went under the bed, so when I lifted the bed skirt to check for what I dropped, it looked like under the bed had not been vacuumed in quite sometime. The bathroom shower head did not produce enough pressure to get through my thick hair, And the bathtub needs a really good scrubbing. The non-slip bottom was pretty grey. The room had a foul odour, much like wet carpet. I turned on the air conditioner and that helped a bit. The room was also very hot. Can't imagine what it would be like in the hot summer months, even with the air on. I got room service, and the restaurant employee was friendly and courteous, but did not know where the ice machine was when asked.
