The property felt less than Marriott.... A little run down. Thin walls No enforcement of Noise. No enforcement of No (Marijuana) Smoking Neighbors partied through the night Payed for Breakfast Buffet at time of reservation which was discontinued on last morning. Was told by GM JR that the horrid Breakfast burrito would be credited. It was not and JR has not replied to numerous email attempts

The ladies at the front desk were really sweet and welcoming! The hotel is near a lot of places to eat and some shopping which was convenient.

OK stay, not great customer service
The stay itself was OK. This was a trip booked for an employee of our company. She ended up having to leave early and at check out was told the last night of her stay would be refunded. When contacting the hotel to get said refund we were told it no. The GM said they would not stand by that promise. We literally spend thousands of dollars at this property every year. We will take our business to another property.

Was very disappointed in this hotel. The front desk staff were nice but the hotel looks great in pictures but looks 20 years older in person!! Needs a complete remodel and everything needs cleaning. The furniture in our room was absolutely filthy. If I could have cancelled and found something else over the holiday weekend I would have!! Will not stay here again.

Comfort, Convenience, and Cost Effective
Looking for a good nights stay in a clean quiet hotel, this one's for you. Hotel has been updated and has a very comfortable feel and nice decor. Not only does it look updated, the rooms have been updated as well. My room contained a balcony which was nice to sit out on even though the night was a little chilly. If you need a nice place to stay, look no further, well worth the cost!

Overall it was a very nice and comfortable stay. Front desk was very nice and friendly, they even allowed me to extend my check out time with no issues. My only complaint is the shower baseboard were not cleaned throughly.

Didn't enjoy the breakfast
The service at breakfast was disappointing. The server was not friendly and seemed impatient while we were trying to decide what to order. Many items on the menu were not available. Quite a few of the tables were messy. Other than the breakfast service, everything else was nice.

Night manager couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Handicapped accessible room requested but not what we expected. Shower plumbing installed incorrectly and note on shower wall informing that cold & hot water were reversed. For the price point, we expected better.

Check in was fast. Room and hotel clean. There were a couple drunk guys drinking out front staring down and greeting guests with wild eyes. Didn’t like that so much. Kept an eye on the car to make sure I get didn’t go near my wife who waited while I checked in.

Bait and Switch. Not what you would expect. Janky!
I requested a room with a balcony and was not given one at check in. I questioned the front desk about it after I moved all my luggage in and was told there are rooms with balconies available. I asked why did I not get one with a balcony. The clerk said it is upon request and is treated as an upgrade to dissatisfied guests. I would have liked receiving what I paid for. I requested a room with balcony during booking in the special needs section. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
