Pros: Convenient, Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms
The pull out sofa could have been a little more comfortable. Also a in room refrigerator would have been nice.

Wake Forrest

Pros: Quiet
Location: Close to Wake Forrest, Reynolda House Art Museum
Very nice, quiet hotel. Close to Wake Forrest. On a main street, but backs up to a wooded area. No road traffic noise. Staff very friendly.

Good value, very friendly staff

Cons: Add more light in room, and update bathroom will even be better
Stayed for one night with family for school visit; chose the hotel for location being close to Wake Forest University. First impression was a budget hotel with dated facility when we arrived; when we walked in we found the restaurant/bar has been nicely decorated, nothing posh but it's comfy for a refreshment and drink after a long day trip. The front desk woman is very friendly and polite, she also gave good recommendation for local restaurant. Room decor is a bit dated but good maintained and clean. just need a bit more light. Good value for a comfortable stay.

Manager missed an opportunity to make it right.

They dropped the ball on comp breakfast. They forgot to give voucher at check in. Waited 10 min. In Lin. To be told I need voucher. Given 1 voucher instead of 2. Told weekends room gets 2. Manager could have given voucher for Cup of coffee and muffin for their screw up. Instead I write crap review. Hotel is dated... needs renovation. Manager must have thought she was using her own money to buy me breakfast. If I had a manager in the business I run who did something like this... they would be fired.

Loved this older hotel!

Customer service is top notch at this lovely hotel. Comfortable beds, quiet halls and the ability to adjust the temperature in the room made for a great night sleep.

Each of the staff members we encountered were friendly and kind. They were genuine, respectful, and very helpful. I can't remember the last time I had such amazing customer service!

Samantha at front desk was awesome. She took care of all our needs, gave us great tips about area and restaurant and was very accommodating!
