I didn't like nothing about my stay! The TV didn't work and I also didn't receive my $100 deposit that was supposed too be giving back to me today 4/14/2024 at check out time which is 12pm!!! I'll never visit this place again...

This was the single most worst experience I ever had with a hotel. So I saw the bad ratings online, but I thought, let me give them a change and try it out.....I regret that decision. The place is in a really terrible shape, the walls are really dirty and the worst of it all, the moment I opened the door to the room, the horrible smell that came out.....😒😵‍💫😡😤 it literally stank....i don't know if they took out the trash or not, or if something rotted in the refrigerator........luckily though, they gave me all my momey back, because their was no way I would've stayed in that room.

I had my employees stay there for 2 weeks and not one day did they clean the rooms even after asking a few times and they said we have to give a 48hr notice and we did and still didn’t clean.

Its a bunch of drug addicts & drug dealers the front desk man is one they are rude uneducated on the company rules & the rates i woll have the news up there said I couldn’t have clean towls or sheets i have to take mines off wait until laundry wsshes them and give them back i am getting a lawyer against this establishment

I did have a couple roaches in my room during the week I stayed here and the room wasn’t the cleanest, but the staff was very helpful and the room was enough for me with the big fridge and microwave. Bed sheets were clean and I slept good every night

We ended up, not staying at the hotel, because the room was not ready. After the third visit to check in manage, but said they would not accommodate us because of housekeeping issues, and they would refund us the money and cancel the reservation which they never did.

Excellent stay. However...the room I reserved was not available, which was ok, since they gave me another one. But, they wanted more money for the other room. The room was very dirty. Floors seem as if they have not been mopped. Bathroom was filthy. We killed cockroaches in the room. Kitchen area had flood spilled in the cabinets and on the walls. Outside facility such as elevator was dirty and seems as if it it also never cleaned. Towels had hairs all in them. The mattresses are covered in a plastic protective sheet so they crinkle with every movement. The staff however were friendly and helpful.

Thus property is terrible. Its basically in the ghetto I paid in advance then the put a $50 hold on my credit card fornincidentals. I could hear people figting through the walls and the hotel was in a shady part of town. Just stay far away from this place. Never again!

This property should not be registered as a place to stay. Heavy smoke scent inside and outside of the hotel. People living in their cars in the parking lot. Someone playing music loud enough you can hear it through the complex. I did not stay here.

Clean towels and bedding but floors are very dirty with dead bugs. To use the free WiFi, you need to call a number to give your room number and device IP address. I find this arrangement strange and inconvenient so I decided not to use hotel WiFi.

Everything was ok but the noise at night. Kids kept me awake running back and forth over my head upstairs. And i had to call the office three times after 2am i hesrd them until 3am. Hotel was clean in my room except for floor. No soap or anything. No shower curtain. Staff is wonderful my girl that works in office is straight up i like her so nice.

I was checking in and the front desk was talking on their personal phone and another staff member walked in asking if she can borrow money. Not really professional. The rooms were dirty and smelt like marijuana. There were stains on the walls, pictures, tv and bathroom. I had to buy bottled water so that I can wash my face and brush my teeth because the water was dirty. The people next to my room had a stereo outside playing music until 3am. They were drunk and fighting outside my room. I left a day early so that I would not have to deal with the same issue an extra night.

First I put in a special request to be on lower floor because I’m on oxygen. I did not get a response and was put on 3rd floor and all the way to end. No apologies, nothing. The place smelled like pot, we were the only white ppl ( not prejudice). Our phone didn’t work. Internet wouldn’t connect. Floors and walls though out the place were nasty including inside our room. This is the most disgusting, unsafe, nasty place I have ever stayed in.
