We stayed here for one night to visit Jolo winery. I paid extra for a deluxe room. We arrived at 4pm before many other's had checked in, and were put in an adjoining room with the ice machine backing the wall behind the bed. When asking about this, the front desk never offered any solutions or a different room. The next morning, we went downstairs to have coffee. There was no coffee, and when asking the front desk (who was just standing there) she directed me to the only staff working the restaurant. There were no plates, no tables to sit at because the entire dining room needed to be bussed and we sat waiting for coffee for 15 minutes. While waiting, we noticed the horrible service including staff making guests feel bad for trying to have breakfast. When we complained upon checkout of the ice machine keeping me awake banging. Once again there was never an apology, or any form of trying to solve the problem. She just said she would notify maintenance. For a Hilton- This was a HUGE disappointment and should be further investigated.
