Have stayed here many times. Great walkable location, suites are HUGE and comfortable. Always a good experience.

We checked in on a stopover from Florida to Canada. We had a 9th level room with 2 separate bedrooms and a living area. We were thoroughly impressed with the room! There were even complimentary snacks/drinks. Rodney from maintenance/engineering went above and beyond to allow us to use the hot tub. I cannot say enough good things about the service he provided. He's definitely an asset to the company and his customer service skills are top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

While this facility does have some good points (breakfast, the reception, room service) their customer service is HORRIBLE. I booked through Hotels.com and an additional charge of $202.00 was added to my credit card (the explanation was that Hotels.com holds the room with their own credit card and that somehow my card was accidentally charged although it wasn't supposed to be) and when I've tried to get in touch with someone to rectify this I have continuously been put on hold. When I finally do speak to someone I get sent to accounting and apparently the accountant never checks her voicemail and then runs off and disappears when she's informed that there is a call waiting for her. I have never in my life experienced such terrible customer service at any hotel. Even at check-in the front desk clerk was distracted and did not seem to know what she was doing. She promised to email me a receipt and this never happened--now I know why. Don't waste your money here because you will receive erroneous charges and likely never get your money back. The facility is also old, unattractive, and not in the best shape. Go to Brookstown Inn. MUCH better hotel where the staff actually try to make their guests happy.

Pros: hotel staff was very helpful
Cons: to make sure that everything is working properly.
it was too cold in the room, because the heat unit wasn`t working that good. The phone wasnt working in the room, so I have to use my cell phone to call the front desk for extra blankets. The breakfast was good but it was too cold to eat in the restaurant area. I wanted to go swimming but the pool was getting work on.

Nice Hotel downtown Winston Salem

Our experience was good because our check in was easy. Parking wasn't bad at all. The location of the hotel allows for walking to many places that are in close proximity. I liked that our check out was at noon and went smooth as well. Complimentary breakfast was good too.
