The room we had appeared to be not quite thoroughly clean. Dirty blankets, dirt and hair in corners of bathrooms, rusted tub, peeling and patched up ceilings, lady bugs etc. Sunday morning breakfast Dec 3rd@ 8am. The omelette grille operator (green shirt) was very unpleasant, rude with an attitude, not greeting customers etc. Leaving my spouse furious with him upon his interaction with him as being a guest at the hotel while trying to place his breakfast order. As a Hilton honors guest. I was disappointed with the customer service more than anything. Embassy Suites has always been our family’s top choice to stay when traveling due to customer service, comfort, cleanliness and guest breakfast. However, this was probably the worst experience we received from an Embassy Suites stay at your Downtown Winston- Salem, NC Location.
