Was clean and close to hospital.

Pros: Close to facilities I needed.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Close location to Mall and Restaurants.

Nice clean modern hotel near everything in Winston

Pros: Neat clean and stylist. Not dated in appearance. Food service at breakfast very well done.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Directions could be improved as the hotel is not on a main street and several back streets are needed to get to the parking lot.
Nice clean modern hotel near everything in Winston. Not elegant but well run clean and sufficient. It is not trying to be the Ritz Carlton. It is a very nice hotel with what you need for a short stay.

Triathlon

We were in town for a triathlon. This hotel was close to the event. The staff was great and it was the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

It was good but the AC doesn't work.....

Overall was good. The only bad part is the AC in our room 330 doesn't work. It was blowing a "cool air" but it wasn't actually cooling the room. Please advise the hotel to have this fixed. We had requested a fan from the front desk and they were able to provide which helped us. But not having the AC work is a big disappointment.

The perfect place to relax

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn because it's pet friendly. We were in Winston - Salem visiting our son. We went out mostly during the day coming back every evening to a clean room with comfortable beds was perfect. Waking up every morning for a complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
