VERY CLEAN AND CLOSE TO WHERE OUR DAUGHTER LIVES. STAFF WAS VERY KIND. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. WE WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN.

Don't expect any urgency when you have an issue
Tv did not work in apartment brought it to staff attention. Was told they did not have another room to move me to and it would be resolved follow day. It was not resolved so back to the front desk thankfully their was someone at the desk more help than the previous two and was moved to a room that had everything in the room that worked. They are in the process of changing over to a best western. Think twice before booking. Also parking seems to be an issue their as well.

Hotel was run down. When we checked in staff had a sign “back in a few mins” that happened often and seemed more interested in smoking outside and using their phones. Room smelled like mildew and was very damp. Beds were way too soft. Rugs were dirty and bathroom was gross. The bathroom floor looked like someone wiped with grease. Breakfast selection was pretty basic with no healthier options except old apples and oranges. We checked out a day earlier cuz we just couldn’t take it anymore. Found out when leaving the area there is another brand new location down the road that they are building so I am assuming they just don’t really care about this one anymore. When checking out there were three, that’s right three ladies there and none of them could give me a straight answer on whether or not they would give me a refund since we were so grossed out. Basically, I wouldn’t recommend staying here!

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quite comfortable. Free breakfast was excellent. Caolyn who was the food manager presented an excellent selection of food chouces. The serving area and dining area was extremely clean.
