Great location, needs updating

Close to the medical center, Whole Foods and restaurants. Very friendly and superb service. The room had an odd odor of mildew.

good value and location

Posted Nov 26, 2017
Pros: staff, location and breakfast
Cons: rooms are a bit cramped, not really fixable.
Location: bowman gray hospital
this hotel is staffed by very nice employees. the rooms aren't anything special, but they're kept up well and clean. the hotel has all the amenities you'd need for a typical stay, plus they feed you breakfast. parking is convenient and free. all this at a very reasonable price.

Handicap room. Bed is too high for a wheelchair or to use. I slipped off trying to get in

Nice hotel, close to hospital.

Expedia sent the wrong information to the hotel. Purchased king bed and expedia specified 2 doubles.

Perfect for my needs

Posted Sep 13, 2017
My husband had a mountain biking accident and we live 4 hours away. The hotel is less than 1/2 a mile from the hospital. The front desk was so sympathetic and comforting and even offered me a discount if he was in the hospital another night. Five star for their comfort alone. Room was great. Breakfast was to be expected.

Staff was friendly and continental breakfast was available despite early departure time which were nice benefits, however room showed signs of wear and tear. Also fitness center temperature was 80+ degrees and could not be lowered.
