The check-in wasn't memorable, but the rest was pretty much a disaster. The entire reason for my visit was a prescheduled college tour for my daughter and her friend. We got downstairs at 9am for breakfast and should have had plenty of time to make a 10am tour (just 5 minutes away). First, we waited several minutes to get seated. Once seated, it was10 minutes before we saw anyone. It was the same girl who seated us bringing us water. When I said that I was ready to order, she said that she wasn't the waiter. Ok? Ten minutes later the actual waitress comes over to get the order. Instead of making our coffees, I watch her pour drinks for all of the alcoholics sitting at the bar. When we finally get our coffee, it was cold. No time to complain. I explain that we are in a hurry and she brings out the food at 9:45. We push it down in 5 minutes and I send the girls up to the room with the food boxes (because of course we couldn't finish) while I go to the valet. I call the tour and they said that it will leave at 10:05. Great, we can make it EXCEPT the valet lost my car! The whole point of a valet is that your car is supposed to be safe. I call the hotel manager because the day supervisor was definitely drowning in a glass of water and immediately handed me his card. He didn't answer, so he was useless. I ask the supervisor if she could contact the valet guy. They have no way of communicating with the valet guy, no cell phone, no CB radio. The valet guy returns wi
