Would be okay except for cigarette smell permeatin

Awful, awful cigarette smell in our hall and room even though it was supposed to be non smoking. Will not stay in a LaQuinta again.

It was an okay experience. Not the kind of hotel I'm use to staying in, but it was comfortable for the one night we stayed. The door to the room was opened when we arrived, which was kind of odd. Also had a problem securing it when I closed it but the guy from the front desk came right up and fixed it.

Nice room at fair price

Stopped here to enjoy the area at the end of my southern vacation. The variety of shopping and dining available in the immediate area was impressive. The service was genuinely friendly and the rooms clean and we'll equipped.

Our room was not cleaned up after the first night

Pros: Same as all LaQuinta hotels - very spacious, new, clean, good location, quiet.
Cons: Cleaning service should have been assigned to clean the room.
Location: Winston Salem
Beds were not made, towels not replaced - no one cleaned the room during our two night stay.
