I don't care to type all of the details the way that other reviews are, but I would just simply say I do not recommend this place. It wasn't disgusting or anything but the place is outdated, dingy, items like fridge and TV had issues.

Needed a bit of a facelift but the staff was kind. We had a very very slow draining shower which did not get solved after our first night and remained a problem 2nd day. The bed was very comfortable . Room was ok.

The Check in is super easy and the check out is super quick and the staff are very nice and easy going and gets you in your room quickly... I have stayed it 3 times so far and plan on staying many more

Front desk day agents were very helpful and courteous. We were first assigned to a smoking room that was on the most unkept, unsanitary condition and smelled atrocious when we arrived at 2 in the morning after flight delays. Next day, Thomas and his partner, a very knowledgeable woman whose name I failed to get made sure we were moved to a first floor nonsmoking room when we asked for a change. It was a huge difference. It is an older property that needs to be upgraded.

First I was given a room with some one still staying the room. Then second tv did not have a remote in room and phone line was cut. Third time finally correct room but remote needed batteries, room was ok but neighbors behind us were jamming their music until 10:00. Closed the bathroom to drown them out. Chose this location to attend Anime Convention, which the convention was great. Definitely poor choice of hotel.

The room was in need of a good cleaning, the desk was covered in dried glue and it smelled of stale cigarette smoke despite being listed as a non-smoking room. It was a place to rest for the evening, so it served its purpose, but I would not recommend for longer than one night.

Booked this hotel thinking it would be a nice place to rest after driving all day. Stayed here a whopping 2 hours when in reality we should’ve left as soon as we walked into our disgusting room. The room smelled disgusting. The toilet was not clean and had hairs all over it. The door would not lock and we had to shimmy it to lock- we also had to shove a chair under the lock. Kids were running around outside. The room was a conjoining room which I was totally unaware of when booking. There was banging on the door that led to the other room. Awful place to stay. I really regret booking this room. Now I know why the price was cheap. Avoid staying here!

I didnt stay in my room, because the lovks were unstable. There was mold in the first room, preferably in the bathroom. The second room had a connected door and atmosphere was unsafe. The third room i viewed, because I was unhappy with the firt two, was on the backside of the property, which was unsafe. There were people sitting in there cars. The atmosphere was very dark and scary!

Smelled like weed as soon as we arrived. Staff not friendly. Carpets stained. Beds not comfortable. Breakfast not as advertised. Fridge didn’t work. Door looked like it had been kicked in.

I looked into the room and at the party next door and left immediately. Just a crack house. The clerk would not give me a refund , hotels.com will not respond to my messages. I had a better chance of getting robbed than sleeping at this hellhole.
