Nightmare

Pros: Close to the highway to get away.
Cons: New owners might invest a little to improve.
Location: Good restaurants in the area.
Horrible Experience. No water for a day, water leaking under our sink from the next room soaking the carpet. Moldy odor throughout.

I apologize for the water leak that forced us to shut off the water for a couple hours! I am glad we were able to get it fixed within a timely manner!

Convenient

Pros: Convenience
Cons: Maintenance
It was a convenient place to stay. The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming and the shower needed mold to be removed and recaulked but over all was fine.

Quality Inn in Clemmons, NC a great place to stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. If I had a request they would go out of their way to fulfill it. I asked for extra coffee and cups in my room and they were there when I returned. The housekeeping staff was friendly and very thorough when cleaning my room. I left jewelry sitting out and nothing was touched.

My Stay

Pros: See above.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Location: Winston-Salem is a wonderful place to visit.
My wife and I were attending opening season college baseball games over the weekend. The hotel was chosen for the following reasons: 1) proximity to the stadium; 2) a "Choice" brand hotel; and 3) reasonable costs. Positive factors: the facility is well located with easy access to Route 40; management and staff were very pleasant and helpful; very clean room with a very comfortable bed; good southern breakfast; and I will stay there the next time I am in the Winston-Salem area. The only negative, which I rate as good rather than excellent, is the facility is an older limited service hotel, but it has been well maintained.

Okay Hotel

We were on our way to Washington DC & needed a stopover on the way. We read the great reviews and chose this Quality Inn. The desk person was very friendly. Our first room was not satisfactory. The heater/ac did not work, and the toilet had a rust stain on the seat. We reported this to the desk person, who got us another room that was satisfactory. We were on the side of the hotel facing I-40, so there was a fair amount of traffic noise. Only an okay hotel.

Will be returning in March for another 5 days

Pros: Location and price
Cons: Better breakfast.
Location: Spent Chistmas with family. Saw Festival of Lights. Enjoyed resturants in Winston Salem and visited Old Town Salem.
Stayed for 5 days to visit relatives at Chistmas in Winston Salem. Location was great to the city and the price was reasonable the help was helpful and friendly. Will return in March for another 5 day stay.

Convenient, Clean, Free Breakfast, Friendly Staff

Customer Service was very good. Marie was very accomodating and courteous. She truly cares about her guests and employees. Breakfast was pretty good, but I would have liked to have seen a rotation since I was there several days. Maybe add breakfast meats. I would stay here again.
