Good value hotel

Went to the sleep inn to check out local area because we are planning a move to NC this summer. Hotel was clean and the room was too. Free breakfast not the best or gourmet as I read but good. The room was small but we were there to rest our heads, not to hang out. No pool,laundry or fitness center on premises but for less than $90 a night I am not complaining just letting people know what to expect. My biggest complaint is the pillows are terrible. Bring your own if you can. The bed was good just the pillows had no support. Great location. Right on rt 66 and one minute from I40. 20 minutes to either Winston Salem or Greensboro so location can not be better. Overall for the money a great deal at $90 a night. Would stay again(and most likely will).

Great, affordable place to crash

Pros: Comfy, good location
Recently renovated, nicely appointed. No frills, good breakfast. Right off Rt 40; easy to find and easy to get to nearby attractions.

All ok room a little small but very good.

Pros: close to where I wanted to be.

Nice, Clean, quiet friendly hotel.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, well maintained grounds, Track behind the hotel for walking/running, smoking areas kept 25' from building.
Cons: Beds were harder than I am used to. (not necessarily a bad thing) Pillows are small. Easy enough to bring a full size pillow.
Location: Several good restaurants nearby. McDonalds is immediately in front of the hotel. Route66 Diner within a mile is a wonderful place to eat.
Beautiful, well maintained hotel inside and out. I was impressed by how clean and comfortable the common areas were kept. everything was just as I could have hoped. Wifi was fast and connected first time. Breakfast was provided and the coffee was great.

We like to think of ourselves as the Best Little Secret in town. We are constantly thinking of ways to provide the needs of our guest. Our newest addition is the Breakfast & as yourselves our guest are loving it. On a return visit there will be no need to bring pillows just pull our slips out & they are standard size-just tightly wrapped for looks :). Horrible lighting & A/C did not work

Horrible lighting & A/C did not work the first time we stayed in early summer. But the lighting in this room is the worse I've experienced in a hotel.

Comfy beds and pillows!

Had trouble getting the correct code for the WIFI...the guy at the front desk didn't seem to know what it was. The third code finally worked...but he had told me if it didn't, then I was out of luck. REALLY???? When we called the front desk in the evening...never got an answer. The insulation in the hotel isn't very good. We could hear everyone walking...and every door that closed. It was very annoying. Wish they had bathtubs and not just showers. I will say that the beds/pillows were extremely comfy! Loved them!

My old friend

Stay here a few times a year on my trips across the state. Very convenient right off the highway. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable. Staff has always been helpful and welcoming.
