We got checked in and the lady at the front desk was so nice! Got to our room and my son took a shower to find out the shower doesn’t drain! It was clogged. He had 5 inches of standing water. I called to get someone to repair it or get a new room. They only had king rooms available and I specifically reserved this double bed room because my 17 year old son wouldn’t want to share a bed. She suggested the pull out couch, but we all know how terribly uncomfortable those are! We are in town for a sporting event and he needs to be able to rest well. The maintenance man had left for the day (around 4) and there was no way for them to get into the maintenance room. The only other solution is to not use the shower till he comes back to work the next day around 9am. Disappointed that I paid this much for a hotel room to have the shower not drain. 3 hours later the water drained but now the shower floor is disgusting with who knows hair all over the bottom.

The lobby was clean, rooms seem dated and in need of a remodel. Old tubs, old tile in the bathrooms. Couch was disgusting and there were stains on the carpets. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Upon checking in it was just my young daughter and myself and we had a lot of items. The front desk placed us at an extremely easy to access room. The breakfast was the most pleasant surprise though. I’m a little uneasy getting breakfast places that are buffet style but this was the cleanest and most attentive I have ever been to.

Hotels com dishonest bait and switch
Reserved through hotels.com. Advertised as pet friendly. NO where in reservation was a mention of pet fee. At Springhill suites charged $75 for 15 pound dog that did not make a mess or noise. Shame in hotels com for not conveying all information. Spring hill suites not guiltless for allowing this practice

Gosh we really enjoyed our stay ! The hotel was very clean the staff were very kind and willing to chat with the guest making us all feel welcome !!! Our room was spacious, clean, and beautiful !!! We had friends drop by and they too liked the room ! I’ll say for the price this was an amazing hotel to stay!

Property was ok. A bit dated. The only concern I had is oil booked on Expedia and there was not a mention or selection for pet or pet fees. It was a $65 fee I wasn’t prepared for when I got to the hotel.

Front Desk Personnel
The front desk staff were unprofessional and had terrible attitudes (two separate women and shifts). I didn’t have any specific problems to address but every interaction with them was like I was imposing on their personal lives. One was annoyed with being asked a question while she was texting on her phone. The other one wouldn’t even acknowledge any guests while she sat there talking to her family visitor and they talked about their family drama. The room was clean and comfortable with a great layout. The lights were broken in the sitting area so it was very dark.
