“I am giving it such low stars because I was charged first when making reservations through Expedia but then was charged again when I checked into the hotel which I was told was a deposit and would be given back at check out but I have yet to receive it back and when I called, they directed me to call Expedia which I also did and nobody has fixed the issue.”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was clean a mostly quiet. There were people outside our window making a ruckus in the middle of the night. There was fresh fruit in the breakfast nook, which I appreciate as a diabetic who can’t have all the carbs. It was mostly clean, but we found garbage under one of the beds. We were offered plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo. We enjoyed all of the facilities: the fitness center, the pool, the hot tub, the arcade, and the bowling alley. We……
