Non-Skiers

Pros: Staff were excellent and always helpful
Cons: Rooms need to be cleaned up
Location: Good, place for out door sports, drinking and eating.
This is a nice location and view, but used by skiers and has had some ruff use.

Not worth the Dough

Bed was OK. Terrible linens. Room smelt like a locker room. Could hear every move from guest's above. looks great from the outside,but total disapointment on the inside. I trust your reviews Expedia,as I am a faithful traveler with you, But you Definitely got it wrong with this place. I am not one to complain,but this place is 2 at best. Come on Guy's....

Nice hotel, close to the mountain but not walkable

Overall a really nice hotel and we would stay here again. We thought being across the street meant we could walk over to the ski resort but this was not the case. Also, there is limited parking so you may have to get creative when finding a spot. The ski rental group on the lobby floor was great and I would definitely use them again. Did not eat in the restaurant but not for any particular reason and the pool and hot tubs were nice.

Hotel very close to the Winter Park Ski Resort.

Pros: Location, Micro brews were good, clearing snow from parking lot were all likes.
Cons: Offering lunch at the restaurant would be nice, even if only for the weekend.
Hotel very close to the Winter Park Ski Resort. The hotel is actually right across the street from the resort, but because of where the resort entrance is, it is a 5 minute bus ride. The bus is on a 20 minute loop with the ski resort,Iron Horse Hotel and WPML and I always seemed to miss the bus. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner daily. Pool and hot tub were nice as well. The week I stayed, Winter Park received 45 inches of snow and while WPML did not clear my car (wouldn't expect them to), they did clear the parking lot right up to my bumper. The Ski rental shop in the lobby was also very convenient.

Good location

Stayed here for 6 nights. The shuttles were good but didn't start early enough for us. Restaurant was just ok. Only ate there once because we were not impressed. Should have more seating for larger families. Pool and hot tubs very nice. Liked being able to do laundry.

The Mt. Lodge was OK. Close to the ski slopes.

Pros: Great location, close to the ski slopes. Lots of room throughout the lodge. Nice pool and hot tubs.
Cons: Apparently, the old plumbing.
Location: Great location, close to the ski slopes. Downtown Winter Park, with lots of restaurants just a few miles away. Easy to bus or drive to.
The room was pretty small, but. OK. Our disappointment was the tub would not drain. Pretty gross. We relayed our discomfort to the front desk, but nothing was done about it. Upon checking out, maintenance explained we were in the old section of the hotel . . . so the only explanation we were left with was the problem cannot be fixed.

Not what i expected

Hotel staff wasnt much help aaid we could check in from 10 am to 12 didnt get us in til 2pm and wanted to charge us to check into are room at 12 which is 2 hrs past check out time. Room service took the do not disturb hanger and put it on 2 days in a row so they didnt have to clean the room.
