Lovely condo.

Posted Dec 15, 2015
Pros: Fireplace, hot tub.
Cons: Hair dryer. Colander.
Location: Close to ski shuttle pick up; less than 50 yards.
Very clean. Nice location. No hair dryer or colander in otherwise well stocked condo.

Great view, lots of space!

Posted Aug 28, 2015
We had 5 people staying in a 3 bedroom and it accommodated us quite well. Everything was clean, and updated. We loved the balconies with the great view of the mountains on the second and third floor. My only complaint would be the wifi didn't work and we had a toilet clog. I called the office but no one called me back about the issue. We also ran out of propane but I decided not to call on that bc I never got a call back about the toilet.

Spacious living!

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Location was great to all the downtown Winter Park establishments. Spacious and nicely furnished.
Cons: Front desk help. lack of maintenance. No AC or ceiling fans. ..Probably most months not a issue except in July-Aug. 3 out of 4 TV's did not work.
Location: Several eating and shopping locations within walking distance. Only a couple miles from a grocery store if you wanted to stock up on supplies.
Nicely furnished. Spacious unit. full kitchen, hot tub, Enough room for all 6 of us to sleep comfortably. Washer and dryer in the unit was nice. updated. Close to downtown Winter Park, we could just walk to the shops and eating establishments. Walk in closets. Kitchen fully furnished. Garage was available if the weather became severe. Bathroom was nice size and had big oversized tub! Had some issues with the TV's it took 4 days and 4 visits to the office before resolved. If you have a unit close to the office bring along ear plugs or a fan for noise, office is located in a strip mall that also has a bar with a outside patio. Very loud some nights and hard to sleep until after 2 a.m when it closes. We went In July so we needed open windows for air!

Quiet luxury at a reasonable price

Posted Mar 14, 2014
Pros: The condo was much nicer than we expected. Beautifully decorated, spotless and accommodating. The master bedroom bed was a dream to sleep in.
Cons: We are not too remote savvy so it took some coaching from our son to figure out the television. No instructions! Also, cable no go in the master.
Location: Loved the view of the stream out the back. Free shuttle stop within walking distance. Nearby restaurants are good but fill up quickly.
We came from Houston to ski, snowboard and snowmobile - mostly to detox in the beauty of the Rockies. We have been to Winter Park in the past and were pleased to see it now has a new rec center and more restaurants. As transplanted Texans, we have been treated poorly by Coloradoans in the recent past, without merit. However, the people of Winter Park were kind and accommodating. It was a wonderful stay.

The townhouse as well as the location was perfect.

It was very nice to stay in a townhouse with all the comforts of home. The heated garage was a big plus and it was really nice to see pictures, etc. of the home owner which really made you feel more at home. The location was perfect, the scenary great and it was very quiet.
