The space
Our home is quiet, quaint and nestled in the heart of Winter Park. The Grand Palm Tropical Paradise theme throughout our home adds character and charm while at the same time providing calming, relaxing and fun space. Throughout our home you will many Palms, plants, prints which tie into our theme and adds to tropical and calming effect similar to a vacation in a tropical paradise.
The lanai/Florida room and backyard are the best spots. The Lanai features a huge glass dining table, and a hanging chair, air hockey and football games. This is the perfect dining area for those who want to dine outside without being outside per say. You can relax and rest easy in the hanging chair. The spacious back yard offers something for anyone in the family. Kids can enjoy the swing and playground area, while parents can relax around the fire pit and or grill out. There is also plenty of space to entertain and dine outside.
The home is within a 15 mins radius from Park Ave, Ivanhoe Village, Publix, Sprouts, WPHS, Advent hospital, Rollins, YMCA, UCF, and Downtown Orlando. 20 mins to Orlando Airport, 30 mins to Universal and Disney World. 1Hr to east coast beaches, Space Center
