AWEFUL. WORSE THAN AWEFUL

The table in corner of the room fell apart when my husband swatted a fly. The pedestal cracked and the table fell on my foot. The TV remote had no back and was taped, but didnt work regardless. The A/C was missing the control button. I had to use a pen to turn the fan up. The toilet didn't flush unless we took the tank cover off qnd lifted the chain. The room had no wash clothes. The towel I used has a small dead bug smashed insude the foold. The towels were thin and dirty looking. At check out, the kid behind the countet didnt even ask how the room was. AWEFUL. Because of an aviation show, this was the only Hotel with one availability left in town. Unbelievable experience. We cannot believe this place was called America's Best.

We were traveling with 2 kids and a dog. We needed to stay another night so the kids could go to the Waterpark. They made it impossible to check in early. I tried calling but got no answer or a busy signal. It was around 100 out when we arrived at 1:30. After about 1/2 hour waiting at the desk I was told I couldn't get in until 4:00 We couldn't take our shoes off or dare take a shower. I believe they have only 2 employees and they work in shifts. In a nutshell NASTY, WITH NASTY EMPLOYEES.

Terrible, don't stay here

We were told we would get our Friday night stay free for all the inconvienance (dirty room, moving our cot ourself, leaking plumbing, noise, no towels/clean bedding) The list goes on. We got charged and and have been trying to get a hold of the GM and he won't return our phone calls! Called corporate so let's hope it gets taken care of! Terrible place!

Very Dirty and Disappointing Hotel

Pros: Good waffles...indoor pool was nice.
Cons: Basically everything.
Location: Amazing location and lots of things to do nearby just needs to be a nicer hotel.
-Room look like someone had been shot in the corner of the bathroom -Old crusty food caked onto the phone -Could barely ever find someone to help us or answer questions -Continental breakfast out of everything and no one around to help stock it -Light bulbs out in room -No pillowcases or towels -Blood stains on the bare pillows -Outdoor pool was closed even though we specifically asked if the outdoor pool would be open that weekend -Even if you are on a budget this hotel is not the right one for you....keep searching for a hotel that won't put you in a room where it looks as though someone has been shot

I really recommend the water park but not the Americas best Value inn.

terrible hotel

The only thing good was the front desk attendants..they were nice but the owner was rude and inconsiderate when we had talked about complaint.. the rooms are dirty and no housecleaning on the grounds at all..you had to request clean pill cases or else you won't have any...ticks were found in the room.

Actually called Econo Lodge

Well we couldn't find the hotel for 15 minutes because the name wasn't the same and I believe it moved locations so the address wasn't right either. A friendly staff answered and got me there immediately. That's the only reason I gave it 2 stars. Bedrooms looked dirty. We had zero towels in our room. The next day my boyfriend went to ask for some. No one at the desk for 20 minutes while 3 other people were waiting. Chunks of hair in the pool. So many other places to stay for cheap. We got there at 11 at night, figured it would be fine for the night. Not so much.

Horrible service

Our air conditioner didn't work in our room and it was 90 degrees in it and they refused to do anything about it. Said they would refund the room and we ended up finding a different hotel but the money has yet to be put back into my account.

Location: Go carts water parks shopping fishing plenty of good food
Older hotel friendly staff but can't really complain
