No ice machine

We ordered the "deluxe" room because it was described as sleeping 5 vs 4. There was still only 2 queen size beds. They said "The room is a little bigger." Both ice machines were broken when we got there at 3pm, and they said someone would be fixing one within the hour. We came back at 7pm, and they were still broken. We then had to spend $20 on ice to keep our stuff cold. There was no fridge either.

Had Fun.

Had a good time. Waffles were good. Could've been a little cleaner but staff was amazing. Will be here again.

Spend the additional $$$ for different hotel

Rooms were outdated and dirty. No screen on the window, hair in the bathroom, water bugs in the sink. TV is old and picture is fuzzy, pillows are definately used (we had to ask for almost 5 extra pillows because they're so thin) and our bed was broken. The workers are rude and never at the front desk.

No clerk at front desk, stays in back or walking around hotel. They need to hire a maintence person and a cleaning crew. The room was not service during our stay. The continental breakfast was old products or items not restock over the weekends....horrible!

Spend a little more and go elsewhere

To get to our room, we went up stairs, down stairs, through a hallway that was a dead end, back down more stairs and back up. I am not sure how it passes fire code. Door 5 doesn't work to make for easy access. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were rocks. We didn't sleep at all the first night, second night was just due to exhaustion. Housekeeping left our garbage and left us with no washcloths in the bathroom. Was not satisfied at all with the stay this time.

I had a great time. I have stayed here twice. Their service is great and I like how it's in the middle of everything.

Stay

Very loud and noisy my girlfriend did not feel safe staying there!!! Door would not close from the outside unless I put the key in and turned handle !!! Staff was very courteous and polite they did make the stay pleasant overall !!!

Room was NEVER cleaned

I stayed here for an entire week and my room was cleaned and restocked with towels and toiletries only ONCE! Every night when I came in from working 12 hours, and driving for 2, I had to get my own towels and get my room key reswiped so it would let me in my room. It was horrible. Dirty room, and what looked like a bloodstain on the carpet. I will never set foot in here again, and you should find somewhere else to stay.

It was fine for the price, nothing fancy just a place to sleep, that's all we needed any way, so it was fine for us
