Not at what's advertised, picture are deceptive.

The hotel was extremely dirty and falling apart. My room was filthy and had bugs. All the towels in the bathroom were soaking wet when we got there. The room was tiny, the air conditioner had no vent cover and only one knob, had to take knob off to turn on then move back to control the temp. Breakfast was pathetic as well.

TV remotes didn't work,rooms were not what we saw online, bathroom dirty,and smelled

Not Stay hear!

From check -in to check -out this was terrible. Rude staff, carpet soaking wet, etc. We would have been happier sleeping in the car!

Cons: A/C, Water temp., smell,
Location: Walking to food and gas, not fare form the down town and water park.
My first room didn't have pillow cover, ran out of hot water for a shower. The second room the a/c was leaking all over the floor and went to the bed. And once more No Hot Water for a shower.

I am generally easy to please with a hotel, give me a clean bathroom and I'm usually a happy camper. I'm usually willing to look past minor maintenance issues, mild odors, a mildew spot here or there, things like that. But this hotel was terrible. We got three rooms, two on the first floor, one on the second. Both first floor rooms REEKED of mildew, not a minor "oh, this smells a little funny" but a full-on "whoa that's bad!". One of the rooms had visible mold on the wall under the sink, and the bathroom had mold/mildew everywhere. One of the rooms' bathrooms looked reasonably freshly re-done, but still had mildew spots in the grout. The first morning there was no hot water to be had, everybody got cold showers. None of the outlets worked, as in things would get power but would not stay plugged in (I know, weird, right? You'd plug something in and would just fall out). Overall, the hotel was just in bad shape. Moldings falling off the wall, worn carpet, bad smell. I could go on, but I think you get the picture. In the hotel's defense, one of the rooms (the one with mold) was switched out for a different room for the last day. From what I understand the new room was much nicer. The hotel staff was reasonably friendly and tried to be helpful, it didn't sound like they had the authority to do anything. Any time we asked about anything relating to money or the accommodations we were told "I'll have to talk to the general manager'

Not good

We were first given a room on the first floor, it stunk pretty bad and there was a wet spot on the carpet in front of the sink at first I didn't think much of it but I told the front desk about it and was told they would look into it, well the next day the carpet was still soaking wet so I investigated a little more under the sink and found black mold everywhere, I went back to the desk and complained again to the front desk and they agreed to give us another room. They did indeed move us and the next room was ok and did not stink. I inquired again at the front desk before leaving yesterday because I was told they would talk to the GM about compensation for the first two nights and of course he hasn't responded. I asked out of curiosity if they had re booked that room and was told yes it was filled. Poor next customer. Needless to say I will never stay there again we had 3 rooms booked and not one of them did not stink for mold or had leaking air conditioners.

Nice cold water in the lobby and the staff was nice. It was close to all our activities in the Dells.

Location: The Wisconsin Dells is loaded with things to do. The hotel's only redemption was location
All things considered the place was a wreck. From ice machines that didn't work, to wet carpets in the lobby area, and worst of all an outdoor pool that was closed in August. It seems to me that the ownership was more intent in wringing every last buck out of the property than trying to build loyal customers.

Worst hotel you can stay at!

Hotel was really bad. While waiting in line it was alll customer complaints. Room 125 is the worst. floor stays wet and smells really bad. bed is also moldy. Not to mention bed sheets were super dirty. Towels we were given were also dirty and bathtub is discusting. Do NOT reccomend at all.

AWEFUL. WORSE THAN AWEFUL

The table in corner of the room fell apart when my husband swatted a fly. The pedestal cracked and the table fell on my foot. The TV remote had no back and was taped, but didnt work regardless. The A/C was missing the control button. I had to use a pen to turn the fan up. The toilet didn't flush unless we took the tank cover off qnd lifted the chain. The room had no wash clothes. The towel I used has a small dead bug smashed insude the foold. The towels were thin and dirty looking. At check out, the kid behind the countet didnt even ask how the room was. AWEFUL. Because of an aviation show, this was the only Hotel with one availability left in town. Unbelievable experience. We cannot believe this place was called America's Best.
