Americas awful inn

The bed was like sleeping on springs. I was up all night. They put the maybe ten people staying in the hotel next to me or above me. The noise was unbearable. Could hear everybody next to me talking and upstairs walking and talking. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and it will be the last time I'd ever stay in an americas awful inn.

It was disappointing and a bad experience

Pros: Its location to nearby attractions.
Cons: Cleanliness, the repair, the staff, the amenities, and the de-icing of the parking lot.
The hotel was in poor repair and poorly staffed. The expedia website said there was a microwave and fridge in every room, but they're only in the family suites. The staff were mostly unhelpful and unapologetic. Several told us they couldn't keep help and were understaffed. Our room wasn't cleaned any of the days until after 3pm. There was peeling paint, the sliding door was off its track and broken. The parking lot was one big sheet of ice and dangerous.

Avoid !

Pros: Vacancy during ice / weather conditions during travel
Cons: Remodel bathroom & entire room
Location: Convenient to area restaurants and interstate
No was cloths ever in the room for entire stay. Bathroom shower very much in need of replacing, very icky!

Room was clean but they didn't take out garbage in my 2 days stay and the coffee maker had mold in it.

Great breakfast but just an OK hotel over all. Had to ask for soap but were only there one night due to a snow storm.

Disgusting hotel. He put a space heater in our room because the heat was out and there were BUGS in the bed. We left immediately. I will be filing a complaint and getting a refund. This place should be shut down.

We will not stay again. The bed was hard as s rock; the walls were paper thin.

If you got a great sence of humor and patience, maybe you could handle this place. Dirty, old, outdated. No security. Outside doors dont lock, locks on windows broken. Vending machines dont work. Old box tv with VERY fuzzy picture. Stains all over the carpet. Looked like blood on towel. Tiny pillows. Definitely will not stay there again! Yikes!!!
