It was disappointing and a bad experience

The hotel was in poor repair and poorly staffed. The expedia website said there was a microwave and fridge in every room, but they're only in the family suites. The staff were mostly unhelpful and unapologetic. Several told us they couldn't keep help and were understaffed. Our room wasn't cleaned any of the days until after 3pm. There was peeling paint, the sliding door was off its track and broken. The parking lot was one big sheet of ice and dangerous.
