Pros: Breakfast, location
Cons: Complete remodeling.
I booked this hotel at the last minute without checking ratings and chose it because of the central location and price. At one time it was probably at least a three star operation but now barely rates one star. Rooms were dingy and hot and the air conditioning was ineffective. The key card door lock was actually loose from the door. The one positive was the more than adequate Continental Breakfast.

Pros: cheap?????
Cons: clothes rack in room -- there was no place to hang garments
Location: good location -- not far from the dells attractions
fairly dismal --- but cheap --- it was a place to stay out of the weather nothing more to say

worst hotel stay ever!

Very dirty Smells bad Toliet ran all night Linens and towels dirty Garbage left in the room

Complete Garbage

Pros: That they charged me even though I never stayed there.
Cons: A fire would be a big improvement for the hotel.
Location: Nice hotels near here. I would suggest the Best Western where we ended up staying.
Room was disgusting. We checked out immediately and went to another hotel and they still charged me for the room.

Low Budget Price = Ok stay

Cons: Needs to be renovated and updated with interior appearance and overall room quality.
I am basing my evaluation on the overall cost of the room being under $50.00 for a night. We needed a place to sleep overnight and then leave for driving all day again. So overall for the rate it was the average cheap hotel stay. Breakfast wasn't great very limited and the overall building needs to be updated. Rooms were below average with having improper bedding (no mattress pad, just 1 sheet covering mattress) very thin blanket and flat pillows that were not fresh smelling. Bathroom had a hole smashed in the door. Overall smell of the room had the musky-smoke smell. Not something that I would pay over the $50.00 a night for but for that reason it was ok for us.

do not stay at this hotel

Pros: nothing
Toilet did not work. Musty smelling room. WIFI did not reach my room. Broken tv remote. Staff would not help or even allow me to change rooms. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Pros: Pool and sauna were good.
Not very clean or nice. Breakfast didn't have any fruit or protein.

Terrible Stay

Pros: There was nothing to like about this hotel....
Cons: Everything...the hotel needs new ownership that needs to just clean the place.
Location: The dells is a great place...but your vacation will be ruined if you stay at this hotel
The room has not been vacuumed in ages, two dirty towels hanging behind door...toilet had urine stains on seat....room smelled as though it was below ground and in a flood...mold on carpet...mold in the air...and left over female products in the waste basket in bathroom.....In fact I did not bring my suitcase in the room in fear that bugs might be carried home....
