Overworked staff meant poorly kept rooms. Tub didn't' look well cleaned, 1 bathroom bulb was out, wall grout was black, bedspread was ripped, towels very thin, veneer on bed stand peeling off, overheard one guest say their sheets had been obviously used, overheard a guest request another room because their bed was broken, a security door was broken, floor in breakfast room was sticky.
