The motel was great. Was given the wrong room twice, but didn't bother me too much kid at desk seemed a little new.

Pros: location was fine; this was the second night I had asked for an accessible room and didn't get it; toilet the second night was loose to the floor
Cons: needs to be updated; outside entrance door #3 was not accessible with key but could be yanked opened; as I said above, the toilet was loose to floor
Not a good experience and I gave it two tries a week apart. I had asked for an accessible room both times and didn't get it. Toilets tend to be small and low to the floor. Security not good at all since the entrance #3 was yanked open all night by people who couldn't get their key to work.

Pros: Location ewas good for what I needed it for
Motel was only used to sleep at. The parking lot was not plowed and was quite slippery. Also found cigarrette butts on floor in hallway. Bed was comfortable

Worst place ever!!!

Pros: Nothing at all. Disappointing.
Cons: Everything. The motel should be closed and renovated.
Location: Located near just about everything. Restaurants and Downtown area nearby. Down the street from the water parks.
There was mold on the bathroom wall next to the tub and the room had no iron or anything. The tub was dirty and the shower head horrific. There were no towels in the pool area and you were required to get them from the front desk. The front desk clerk was no where in sight for almost an hour. My party was in the hot tub and when others began entering the tub and turned on the jets, the hot tub began to cover with a film of nasty stuff. My party of four immediately exited the hot tub.

Not good

No tolit paper no towels I call the desk and the phone didn't work and they never came to ask. About anything dirty bathroom they never gave us towel for the next day ☹️☹️☹️☹️😣😣😣😣😣😣😣

Won't stay there again

Pros: The location was good.
Cons: Everything.
Check in took unusually long. There were dead bugs in the sink and bathroom. Obviously room had not been vacuumed, crumbs and plastic straw sleeves on floor. No alarm clock in room. Did nor notice we did not have any TV channels until we returned to our room late the first evening, the on duty desk person did not know how to fix,. Milk dispenser in the Continental Breakfast room was apparently not working, a gallon of milk was left sitting on the counter the entire breakfast time not refrigerated both days of ur stay. Requirement to use pool towels at the pool but they ran out, had to use our room towels. No maid service at all during our 2 day stay, used towels not changed out. Ran out of toilet paper and went to the front desk to get more, attendant on duty did not have key to supply room. Day we checked out was surveying around the room for anythng we might have left and while checking behind the nightstand found the alarm clock.

Ok low cost hotel

Pros: Low cost
Cons: Sure the room shows wear and tear. The carpet in the hallway shows wear. Some doors should be replaced in the hallways. But still a good value.
Location: The Dells is an amazing place. This hotel is in a very good location.
For the price I was happy. I was not paying a Hilton 5 star price and did not expect a 5 star hotel. I paid for low cost and got a nice room with a nice clean bed. The room showed signs of wear but it was clean. The staff wanted to make sure we were happy and were helpful when we asked for information about the area. I would return to this hotel again and recommend to friends who want and accept a low cost hotel. My daughter recently had an event at one of the large water park hotels and paid 3x the price. I think this Econo Lodge was a much better value. Sure it was not as nice, but it was a better value. All I needed on this stay was a room with a nice bed and that is what I got. I saw all the previous bad reviews and still booked this hotel. I think those people expected a new hilton hotel room, I did not expect a Hilton Hotel room. I expected a nice bed they met my expectations. Thank you.

The front desk person should get more training. She couldn't find my reservation and didn't know much about the hotel.

La préposée à l'accueil ne savait pas comment entrer un code postal (Canada) dans son sytème et disait ne pas pouvoir m'enregistrer si je ne fournissais pas de zip code (hotel pour clients américains seulement?? J'ai demandé à avoir une chambre près d'une porte vu que je voyage avec un bébé de 11 mois et que j'ai beaucoup de stock à rentrer ce qu'elle m'a refusé. Elle ne pouvait pas non plus m'expliquer comment me rendre à la porte la plus près de ma chambre parce que c'était trop compliqué. La chambre sentait l'humidité et il y avait plein de débris sur le tapis. J'ai jeté le pyjama du bébé le lendemain matin avant de partir parce qu'elle avait rampé par terre. Un seul poste de télé et le wifi se débranchait sans cesse.
