Loved our suite, that had a wonderful hot tub. Lots of room. If your looking for a place with not a crowd of kids. This is it. 4 hot tubs. Also. 2 outside.

Beautiful and clean facility! I really enjoyed the Kuerig coffee machine in the room! A little concerned about the broken outside fence by the outside hot tubs… anyone could wander into the hot tub area

We stayed the weekend for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Hotel was conveniently located in the middle of everything. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Above everything the staff was so incredibly helpful. John, at the bar gave us so many recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Michelle at checking in was super helpful to accommodate a couple of special requests for us. Would definitely stay there again!!

I like the hot tubs outside, would be nice if of the 4 hot tubs there was a space only for adults. Breakfast items and times were very limited as well.

Check-in was easy and clerk was very friendly. We had adjoining rooms and no door stops to hold the doors open between them (I got locked out of my room when we discovered that), there was a huge bug on the wall that we had to kill, bathroom floors were dirty and there was long black hair stuck on the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms so we only used one shower, and the microwaves are completely useless-it took over 5 minutes to warm a cup of water for hot chocolate. The outlets with phone plug ins by the bed didn't work in room 408. We couldn't sit at the bar to enjoy a drink because there was never an open seat (which is a great thing for your business but not so much for us). The plus side is that the beds were very comfortable but my sheets were too short and kept coming off of the mattress (which really grossed me out thinking that this had to happen to others as well).over 5 mi were 1-

Loved this hotel. Smaller and quiet which I enjoy. Good restaurants on the block and breakfast options in the hotel. The hotel was under remodel when we were there and from what i could see their remodels were freshing things up and going to be great. We had a suite which was nice. The couple flaws Im sure will be fixed with the remodel so im choosing to give the. Benfit of the doubt.

Great getaway in the fall and winter
Always enjoy the outdoor hot tubs, especially in this fall verging on winter season. Also love that the bar serves into the pool area through a little take out window.

So-so quality
Lots of things broken in the room. Remote not working, coffee maker broken, toilet kept flushing on its own. Beds were super comfy and staff was nice. Rooms need to be better inspected with attention to detail.

It's ok.
Nice place. Had a box elder bug in our bed which was gross. Besides that the room was nice even if the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Price was really good though.

Minor nightmare stay
First check in desk help was rude as if we we're an inconvenience to them. Room smelled like armpits. Balcony door did not lock. Shower was covered with hair. TV was damaged with gouges in the screen. Gutters were leeking and flooded out the Balcony. Reported everything right after check in and again when we checked out and was met with excuses and attitude both times from different " managers ". Beds were comfortable.
