When my husband and I arrived for our stay, we were told "someone" had cancelled our reservation 3 days prior to our arrival. We were stuck on our anniversary with no hotel room as the front desk said there were no rooms available. They could not give me the name of the person that "cancelled" and the women that took the call was suddenly not available to talk to.
I know it was due to the price we reserved our room for was half of what others that day were paying. When I called Expedia, they said there was nothing they could do either, they didn't even offer to look for another hotel for us.
Never doing Skyline or Expedia again!!!
