Amazing Customer Service!

My boyfriend and I booked 2 nights here but had to do separate transactions for each. When I showed up they did not have my reservation (I am guessing an error on hotels.com's behalf but that's another story). The lady at the front desk gave me some time to look for a good deal online and a $15 discount because she felt bad. I ended up having to pay about $20 extra compared to the original amount hotels.com charged me but the help was MUCH appreciated. Hotels.com still has not refunded my money.
As for the second night, the staff let us stay in the same room instead of switching rooms in the morning since, our original transactions were separate. Thank goodness for that.
Overall the staff was amazing, the room was clean, and the breakfast was pretty good as well. Wifi service and TV worked perfectly. I never have and complaints or suggestions when I stay at a Super 8.
