Okay stay....might come backPosted Nov 23, 2015
Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the heating system could get the room very warm quickly
Cons: Staff could have been nicer, the housekeepers did a poor job cleaning and vacuuming the room.
Location: Very close to outlit mall and Kalahari. Walmart, Kohls, Joann Fabrics and Home Depot are very close to you as well.
We stayed at the Travelodge because of how close it was to the Kalahari, we had an event at the Kalahari that weekend. Rooms were supposedly redone but it was more like just a repaint and modern bedding. The sink had a faucet that was ready to fall out, the bathroom door's lock wouldn't work, the ceiling light in the corner kept turning on and off on it's own and some furniture was missing. The woman at the front desk wasn't pleased about us telling her these problems and said basically because it was there off season this is the time they do all there repairs before summer starts up again. She claimed to know all of these issues already but I would have rather stayed in a room with no issues. The continental breakfast was sad but they also had a breakfast you could pay for. I rather gone to the Mcdonalds right up the road and get food there. Also I was under the impression that the room would have a frig and microwave, apparently I would have had to call to get the room and pay $20 more for it. The lobby had a microwave so that helped but we told the same woman about this mix up of understanding and expressing that maybe their page on expedia should be updated. She said that none of them had control and that only corporate could do that. Well corporate, time to start double checking because your page is inaccurate.

Inexpensive digs.Posted Nov 6, 2015
Cons: Add bagels & cream cheese or sweet rolls to the continental breakfast.
Was coming into town late for a business meeting the following day. Only needed a place to sleep. Clean room. TV worked fine. Coffee & English muffin in the morning was fine. Did not fire up my laptop but nice to have free wifi access in the rooms.

Close to Crystal PalacePosted Oct 20, 2015
Pros: The room was comfortable you could watch TV and sit in a chair.
Cons: Room could use A little spruce up.
Location: You need a car to get around.
The room was nice 2 chairs comfortable to sit on. Bed was excellent slept good. Room lacked little touches there were no pictures on the wall, outlet by the dresser had no outlet cover on it, no hair dryer, but we managed. We had trouble with our key card and it was fixed right away. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Place to sleepPosted Oct 12, 2015
Pros: How close it is to the Crystal Grand Theater.
The room we had was "okay". No refrigerator, microwave, or alarm clock. When you pack your bathroom bag, pack your soaps and shampoo too! Rooms are clean, and staff was great.
