Have stayed there many times before, but No More. Lounge not open as stated, No One at the front desk after 10 or 11. But someone is on the premises!!!

We appreciate your feedback and we do apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced during your stay. We do close the front desk and lobby at 11 PM on nights we are slow, but we always have an employee on property to offer any assistance and we reopen the desk at 7 AM. Our lounge does not have regular operating hours nor do we advertise that it is open every night, but it is closed on nights we are slow. We apologize if you were mislead in any way and we hope you enjoyed your stay with us besides these issues.

Convenient location and helpful staff, dated decor

Pros: convenient location, helpful staff
Cons: more comfortable beds!
The in room jacuzzi tub was nice, but the bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable.

An nice place to stay. Enjoyed the large whirlpool

An nice place to stay. Enjoyed the large whirlpool tub although the room was terribly hot no matter what we did. Decided to open the balcony by door a nice crack to cool off and kept it open all night. Nice and quiet during our stay, which was wonderful.

!!!!!FRAUD AND DISCRIMINATION!!!!! *Wintergreen Resort* For being overly priced, with such small amenities, I was still rather satisfied with my visit; Especially my two year old, fiancée and newborn, HOWEVER, the night after I left the hotel, I received an additional fraudulent charge on my account, for which I never agreed to. When I called them to see what I thought was maybe done in error, they stated to me that the room wasn't in pleasant condition, "excessive amount of chip crumbs etc..." What do I look like? A bottom feeder who'll go to the ground and suck up chip crumbs that my two year old crushed because he's delayed? Needless-to-say, I'll be going to the BBB and writing numerous reviews because that's totally unacceptable: charging a visitor because they didn't polish their room completely for their lazy staff to quickly go through it!

Hello, as we have explained to you numerous times the status you left your room was unacceptable. Between the mess, damage, and odors we were unable to rent the room out the next night after you left. That is why we charged you a $50 cleaning fee. You have left almost 20 reviews at this point plus numerous messages and comments on posts. This is now verging on harassment. As we have told you several times at this point on here, facebook, and messenger if you have any further concerns please contact our management team. Thanks!

Nice prices. Needs updating.

Nicely priced through 3rd party. Rooms definitely need updating and better bed. Shower head was TEREIBLE. Very old, one large no pressure stream of water and made an awful ear ear Screeching sound. Room 127.

Good Off-Season Value

The Wintergreen experience was a good one. They had a skeleton crew on, so the lobby closed at 7pm. My room had a sliding door that opened to the parking lot so loading and unloading was easy. High winds blew a couple down spouts up and down across my entryway. That caused a lot of racket through the night, but I don't blame the hotel for that.

Very Clean

Pros: I liked that it had a pool, hot tub in the room, fridge and microwave. It was very clean.
Cons: At the very least the pillows and the beds need to be changed. Standard size pillows do no work on King sized beds.
Location: Restaurants and shopping
Outdated décor and the pillows are flat and small. The bed was uncomfortable for both me and my partner. It is an older building so you will hear plumbing noises. Other than that I would say the place was very clean and the front desk was very helpful. Their hot tub was big and worked very well. Unfortunately if you have a neighbor above you using it at 3 in the morning you can definitely hear it.

Was only there one night, everything was good. Pool nice for the little one, there is a hot tub.
