Highly recommended hotel
This is our second stay at this hotel. My wife and I love its coziness and location. The staff are kind and welcoming. Highly recommended spot.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your comments. When judging the price, please take into consideration the fact that your room price also includes the agency fees. Concerning the Hospital remark I guess you must have good health insurance! For my last hospital visit, my room didn't even have a coat hook let alone a wardrobe. To continue with the hospital comparison, a private hospital room - we'll choose private because you didn't have to share your hotel bathroom with a complete stranger - plus the three "meals" a day costs around 100€ a night (2018 prices, french hospital) - that's a lot more than we charge for a single room and a buffet breakfast even after you've deducted the hospital lunch and dinner! It was a lovely quiet spot even though it is on a main road. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Would have loved to have a kettle in room to make coffee at night.

nice place along the way
after a long drive, on our first night of the trip. the hotel was great, located conveniently 15-20 minutes from the Flekenstein castle, and the German border. Service was great, and hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Perfect Budget Hotel
This is a fantastic option for budget conscious travelers. The room was small but clean and comfortable and completely adequate for our stay. We chose it based on price and location. It also had a buffet breakfast for a fee and it was well-worth the charge.

Not central, but still within 10-15 min walk to center. Hotel seems new, is very clean. Breakfast is 8.50 euros, but very good. The staff was very helpful.

Great staff. Welcoming and helpful
We had an overnighter, 3 of us on motor cycles. Hotel was just out of town so safe to leave the bikes. The hotel bar was good and reasonable price. For the price we paid, I was happy with the hotel in all respects. At breakfast, we were on top of the canal and the water was trickling by nicely.

Diamond in the rough
The hotel boasts just two stars, but it's a real diamond in the rough! The location (the city and the hotel's exact position over the running stream) are very nice. Although there's no restaurant in the hotel itself, but there are several very nice places just 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for the hotel of that size and everything is working just fine (opens, closes, switches on/off and adjusts, etc.) Needless to say that the staff is very helpful and nice. My verdict - go for it!

Convienient Location
Hotel offered a reasonably priced hotel with a good location in a quaint small French town on the German border. Hotel had plenty of free parking. Only drawback was the lack of an elevator. It's a long walk up if you have plenty of luggage.

Føj for en lugt!
Virkelig dårlig lugt på hele hotellet. Især på værelset. Der lå chips på gulvet under sengen. Badeværelset vae i dårlig stand. Håndbruser sprøjtede udover det hele.

We are sorry that our hotel did not meet your expectations. However, we find it a shame to read this type of comment when you stayed two days in our hotel and that cleanliness or technical problems in a room can be resolved within half an hour by our staff if you take the time to report it to reception....it's so much easier to complain once you've left!!!

Gute Unterkunft in Wissembourg für 1 - 2 Nächte. Gute Parkmöglichkeit und man ist schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum. Ruhig und trotzdem Zentrumsnah. Einzig negative , der Frühstücksraum wirkt eher wie eine Kantine.

Ideal gelegen. Reichlich Parkplätze. In Laufnähe zur wundervollen Altstadt. Supermärkte und Bahnhof auch nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Preiswertes Frühstück. Nettes Personal.
